📄 Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Services (Add-Ons)

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of vendor support services (“Add-Ons”) offered through the Elevate Local Store. By purchasing any service, you (“the Vendor” or “Client”) agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Elevate Local provides digital business support services, including but not limited to:

• Enhanced onboarding

• Product uploads

• Product photography

• SEO optimization

• Marketing campaigns

• Ad space on Elevate Local pages

Each service is described in detail on its respective product page. Custom services may be agreed upon in writing.

2. Eligibility

Services are available exclusively to active vendors or service providers on the Elevate Local platform. You must maintain an active store or listing to purchase and access these services.

3. Payment Terms

All service purchases are billed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Services are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Service Delivery

• Timeframes for delivery vary depending on the service selected.

• Elevate Local will begin service delivery within a reasonable period after purchase and confirmation of required details (e.g., login info, product images, store setup needs).

• Vendors are responsible for providing any necessary materials in a timely manner to avoid delays.

5. Ad Space Services

• Ad placements (Main Page, Products Page, Services Page) are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Ad space durations and start dates will be confirmed after purchase.

• Elevate Local reserves the right to adjust placement based on availability and site updates.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and respond to communications promptly.

• You agree not to use these services to promote prohibited, misleading, or inappropriate content.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials created (e.g., ads, graphics, SEO copy) remain the property of Elevate Local unless explicitly transferred in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables on Elevate Local and approved external platforms.

8. Modifications & Termination

Elevate Local reserves the right to modify service offerings or these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Elevate Local website and apply to future purchases. We may terminate services for clients who breach these terms or misuse the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Local is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of these services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
