These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Elevate Local’s website, at https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud.
By proceeding with any purchase or product/service listing, all Customers and Vendors are agreeing to all Terms and Conditions below.
- Elevate Local does not endorse or guarantee, or share the opinions or positions of any Customers and Vendors, or products and services listed on https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud.
- Customers and Vendors are 100% accountable for their own conducts, transactions, fulfilments, exchanges, and returns of the products and services listed and sold on https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud.
- Elevate Local reserves the right to remove any Customers, Vendors, or product/service listings at our sole discretion. Note that negativity, political, or hate content in any form, including on products will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal without refund.
- Vendors shall act and conduct themselves appropriately and in good faith while assuming full accountability for their products and services listed and sold on https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud.
- Vendors shall comply with all applicable industry regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Any Customer inquiries, satisfaction concerns, and returns are addressed within one (1) month of purchases.
- Vendors shall ensure that all applicable tax filings are properly handled. Elevate Local is not responsible for tracking or filing any taxes for any Vendors.
Customers shall conduct themselves appropriately, politely, and in good faith. For products and/or services purchased through https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud, Customers are accountable to ensure payments are provided to Vendors in accordance with the listed terms.
Customers and Vendors agree to respect and accept each other’s personal choices and exemptions without challenge, questions, or segregation based on any personal decisions.
Vendors shall ensure orders for products and services are fulfilled in accordance with their own policies and processed within two (2) weeks of order completion, with exceptions communicated directly to the Customers in advance.
Purchases of services may require further arrangements and agreements such as for an appointment to be made and mutually confirmed or to negotiate additional costs associated with the service that may exceed the initial fees listed on https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud. Applicable listings of such services must include with transparent details of such additional arrangements and agreements, including, but not limited to, stating in the service posting that “Additional fees may apply and will be advised by the service provider.”
Vendors are responsible for shipping and delivery of the products and services sold through https://elevate.kinsta.cloud according to the store policy. Delivery fees will be charged to the Customer as part of the purchase.
Location details for product pick-up or in-person service must be provided by the Vendor when creating listings.
Delivery options will be available to all Vendors when listings are created. Vendors agree to ship purchased items directly to Customers within two (2) weeks unless otherwise arranged with Customers in advance. Delivery fees will be charged to the Customers as part of the purchases unless otherwise specified.
Vendors must display their refund, exchange and return policy on their stores. These policies are expected to honor their commitments to the local community and subject to approval from Elevate Local.
All products and services purchased through https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud are subject to non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment gateway service provider, therefore refunds of cancelled orders cannot be processed directly on or from the Elevate Local website. Customers must contact the Vendors directly to process such refund, with a deduction of the non-refundable transaction fee, delivery cost, and may also include a deduction of restocking fee which included potential damage or wear on returned item which may prevent it from being resold at full price.
Vendors are expected to process refunds within fifteen (15) days of returned item being received.
Transaction details such as credit/debit card or other payment options are transmitted directly to the payment gateway service provider. Elevate Local does not retain, store or use payment details aside from facilitating purchases and payment process.
Elevate Local can perform analytics on products, services and public information provided on https://www.elevate.kinsta.cloud for the purpose of conducting assessments to improve performances and capabilities, including creating stores, products and services that can benefit our customers.
Contact information provided by Vendors on the stores and products or services is visible to Customers for direct communications. Vendors are accountable to ensure the validity and accuracy of all contact information for Customer inquiry and support purposes.
Data that is not publicly displayed by any Customer or Vendor on the profiles, stores and products or services is considered confidential and is managed and maintained on secure servers. Such data is not shared with or sold to external entities. Only specific Elevate Local team administrators have the ability to access such date data for performance assessment and service improvement purposes.
