Our freeze-dried fruit are sourced directly from Colombian farmers. We use a process known as lyophilization to preserve the fruit. The fresh fruit is washed and disinfected. The peel is removed by hand and cut into pieces or slices, to be placed on trays. The fruit is frozen at temperatures below -35 degrees Celsius. They are then put through a drying system under a vacuum that delicately dries the fruit and removes 99% of the fruit’s water contents. Lastly, the fruit is packaged into high-density polyethylene foil bags that are sealed hermetically. Our freeze dried fruit are grown, processed and packaged all in Colombia!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. It can take us up to 5 business days to review your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will issue a refund for the products’ cost, excluding shipping fees. We will only issue a refund on the products’ cost and shipping fees if we covered the shipping fees.

IntentaVida products are perishable goods as such we do not accept any returns.
